Good

The location was good and the check in and check out instructions were quite simple and straightforward. The rooms were clean and well lit. The facilities were also very clean and tidy. The availability of a steam iron and coin washing machine was good. The convenience would have been further improved if a coin dryer for laundry was also available.

The property had steep stairs which are a nightmare for anyone with heavy luggage or baggage. We would have preferred if the roller gate was kept closed at all times, therefore allowing access only to tenants of the property.

affordable clean comfortable private room in tokyo for solo travellers, washing machine for just 100yen, just 2 bathrooms but was always one available

near metro but still very far away from center, not much going on there, you have to know it’s above a thai box gym and you can hear them but that didn’t bother me

Showers, location ( near to station, 7/11 and bike rental) staff, cleanliness.

Overall temperature due to drafts and open windows in other parts of the house.

The personal is very reactive and friendly, the emplacment is very convenient!

It was very cold on the common places. I think it could be better if the doors and the windows could be closed.. The hot water on the water server is not hot... We can't use the kitchen and hot water and it's very hard to eat something. Maybe a micro wave will be very good for the rooms. And near the room 6 there is a whistle each day very loudly. Maybe it's the outdoor airing but it was really disturbing.

A relaxing stay in a spacious room. Very near the metro and famous landmarks.

The shared bath and toilet were always spotless and clean. No need to worry about shampoo and body wash. Clean towels were always readily available. The person who saw me as I walked in was kind enough to help me with my luggage. Upon check out, everything was so simple. A fellow guest helped me with my luggages.

The steep stairs and I didn’t find a staff who could help me to bring my stuff down.
